RuYi Authentic Asian Cuisine

This sit-down restaurant is located in the Potawatomi Hotel and Casino in Milwaukee, WI.  This was an expansion of the sushi bar.  The project has challenges that One Source met with off hours work, casino rules and security procedures to follow as well as tight schedules.
