This restaurant is a quick serve style store located near Oakland Ave. and Kenwood Blvd. The menu is called American Halal Food and it is prepared following strict Islamic dietary guidelines for Halal. This Build out occurred on the main floor and basement level. The apartment on the upper level made it more challenging for all mechanicals to be routed properly. This project was approximately 1,500sf.
