Pilgrim Springs Marketplace Phase 1 and 2

This development was started in 2007 and was projected to have 3 buildings. One with 14,358 sf, one with 9,837sf and the third with 3,933 sf.  Phase 1 consisted of the site development for the entire site with prepared pads and the construction of Building A on the SW corner of the site.  Extensive grading was needed on the north side of the site and storm water management was difficult with storm water being stored under the parking lot until it would be allowed to exit the site into a stream that cut thru the site.

Phase 2 building B was started in 2015 and completed in spring of 2016.  This building was approximately 9,837sf.
