Feerick Building Redevelopment

This was a redevelopment of an approximately 17,998sf former International Harvester truck repair facility into a new home for Goldfish Swim School and remaining space for additional retail or service spaces.  This facility was a 1970 vintage metal building frame with masonry walls.  A new roof was installed with R30 insulation, the walls were furred out with R19 insulation, new windows, and storefront along with new facades were installed to give the old building a new look and life.
